My personality and coaching style are for those who don’t lack ambition and don’t disregard their health as a top priority; it is intensive and focused on rapid and a profound transformation of my client’s lifestyle to re-energise them and their ambition.
I bring a unique blend of scientific, evidence-based medicine into my performance coaching method that only fits with those who recognise health as the pillar for achievement.
Other coaching programmes either focus on giving you health advice often compromising your performance, or performance coaching which does not always appreciate how your health is limitating you. Working with me means understanding your current lifestyle using digital health tools to level up your performance. How can you perform at your highest level without first building the foundation that will enable you to sustain peak performance? We then work on enhancing your mental toughness, and nurturing your mindset geared towards achieving extraordinary goals.
There are several lifestyle factors that affect your health and your performance:

How much and how you exercise
Amount and quality of sleep

Smoking and alcohol
I am also not interested in retaining you as a client for as long as possible. I am interested in getting you the results you want. To achieve this, I work with you for a specific period of time guiding you through my own coaching programme which combines lifestyle medicine and performance coaching already well-established by the Air Force services.

My method does not ask you to navigate your life challenges at the risk of your goals, but I coach you to eliminate those challenges altogether.
