Initial consultation

Your initial consultation is free of charge, and we will:

  • Get to know each other and see if we are the right fit. It will last approximately 30min. 

  • Discuss where you are now, where you want to be and how I can help you getting their faster, healthier and more energised.

Location

I am based in London but as my clients live all over the world, I work remotely adjusting to their schedule and privacy. 

Fees

My programmes range from half-day intensive to comprehensive multi-month to a year programme. 

Because lifestyle and health changes are a critical part of my method, I have a special programme on women’s health and performance depending on each person needs’.
